So I posted a blog about the sudarshan kriya a while ago, (here --> http://nthogenproductions.com/really-juicy-morsel ) and it has really gotten a fair amount of response as evident in the comments list.

In the blog it says that I would create a so-hum mp3, but I never did mostly just because I am too busy and there are already many out on the web. Personally, I think the technique is valuable, but the people that teach it are very possessive and cultist about it.
