The following is information about a breathing technique that I learned a few years ago at some random class that my girlfriend signed us both up for (The Art of Living). Although I found most of the class quite pretentious, some of the stuff I learned there was invaluable, specifically, the Sudarshan Kriya.

Hope you were able catch the show. I thought it went pretty well, especially for my first ever live radio appearance.
